The Copper Pot name came to life when we put it on our personal Facebook pages, and asked all of our friends and family to vote on 8 different names. The Copper Pot was a winner, hands down!

Sarah and I first met in 1993 when we worked together at a restaurant in Aurora, CO. We joined forces and ventured into business together 17 years later.

The original Copper Pot opened its doors on July 3, 2010 at 508 E Hampden Ave in Englewood.

“Two families’ experience blended together in one kitchen” refers to our different life experiences joined together to create the menu we bring you today.

We specifically chose the City of Englewood because of its small city charm and big city surroundings. Englewood is a tight knit community which believes in supporting its local businesses. We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision.

Many of our entrée names come from our loyal customers ideas or favorite dishes. These entrées have been enjoyed so much, some for months at a time, that they have made it on to the menu! For example: Donny’s Favorite Sandwich, Julie’s Favorite Pasta, Carla’s Buffalo Chicken Alfredo, and the Wakefield Burger to name a few.

We take great pride in what we do and want you experience to be a memorable one. We always strive to treat our guests who visit The Copper Pot as if they are a part of our family!
